Vraag:
Een 60-jarige vrouw was – tijdens die jaren waarin ze ongesteld was – niet op de hoogte van de regels omtrent de menstruatie. Zij heeft de ramadandagen niet ingehaald omdat zij dacht dat deze niet ingehaald hoefden te worden en dit had zij gehoord van de gewone mensen.
Antwoord:
Zij dient hiervoor berouw aan Allah te tonen omdat zij de Geleerden niet hierover heeft gevraagd. Ondanks dat dient zij die dagen alsnog in te halen. Zij dient het aantal dagen in te schatten waarvan zij een sterke vermoeden heeft dat zij die gemist heeft. Zij moet ook voor elke dag een boetedoening betalen door een arme persoon te voeden. Zij dient een halve Saa’ (1 Saa` = 2.172 kg) tarwe of een halve Saa’ dadels of een halve Saa’ rijst uit te geven of een andere voedselsoort die de huidige inwoners normaal eten. Zij dient dus een arme te voeden en als zij daartoe niet in staat is, dan vervalt dit en hoeft zij enkel het vasten in te halen.
En het succes komt van Allah. Moge Allahs salaat en salaam zijn met onze profeet Mohammed, zijn familie en metgezellen.

11- Sins Forgiven: The five daily prayers, and from one Jumuah to the next, are an expiation for whatever sins come in between, so long as one does not commit any major sin. (Muslim, 233)
12- Increase your Durood (example: Durood Ibrahim)
“Recite Durood upon me in abundance on the day of Jummah since they are presented to me.” (Ibn Majah)
13- Recite Soorat al-Khaf
“Whoever reads Soorat al-Kahf on the day of Jumu’ah, will have a light that will shine from him from one Friday to the next.”

Allah says: O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumu'ah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew
Don't Forget Allah: Allah says: And when the prayer is ended, then disperse in the land and seek of Allah's bounty, and remember Allah much, that ye may be successful.
